The machine overview
LHS220/24Bfine wire drawing machine is an internationally advanced fine wire drawing machine newly developed by our factory that is controlled by computer. Its break line adopts non-contact-type automatic stopping and trayful automatic stopping. Winding-up and tension is linearly controlled during the whole process with four technical parameters being directly displayed. In particular it adopts color touch screen for control and display and directly displays sliding parameters, linear velocity, winding-up speed, current weight and meter, output of 3 operation teams and output parameters of single tray with memory function. This machine uses draw bench, winding-up and double frequency conversion tension-free pole PLC control means, its flat cable adopts servo motor and the guide wheel adopts back-and-forth flat cable. This machine has characteristics of high line speed, high capacity and variable frequency control.
