The machine overview
SPS120/13dual frequency conversion precious metal mini-drawing machine is an internationally advanced dual frequency conversion tension-free fine wire drawing machine newly developed by our factory that is controlled by computer. Its break line adopts non-contact-type automatic stopping and trayful automatic stopping. Winding-up and tension is linearly controlled during the whole process with four technical parameters and output of 3 operation teams and output parameters of single tray being directly displayed. Parameters are automatically locked after being set up. sliding parameters, linear velocity, winding-up speed, flat cable distance, current weight and meters have memory function. The machine combines wind-up with flat cable. its flat cable adopts servo motor and the guide wheel adopts back-and-forth flat cable. This machine has characteristics of high line speed, high capacity and variable frequency control.
